If you had to describe how you show love using only three objects (for example: a playlist, a hoodie, a late-night snack, a long text message, etc.), what would you choose and why? Explain what each object represents and how it connects to your personality.

 Showing love consists of many different things. The list could be as short as you want or as long as you want. Three example though are, crafts, food, and words/texts. I used these things to help show my love towards the people I love. For example, I love to do cute crafts and give them to my boyfriend. He was telling me about how he love  Lord Of The Rings, so I decided to make a giant map from the book for him. He was so happy. His smile made every late night, hand cramps, and struggle all worth it. Also, I am a huge sweet tooth, along with my boyfriend. Whenever I am out I always try to grab candy or a snack for him. Lastly, I love texting him. Yes I prefer to see him in person, but I love when I get to text him because his words to me are always so sweet. Also, I have the background as a silly picture of him so that always makes me laugh.

What metaphor would you use to describe your own mind?

 My mind is like a battlefield. Every day, all of my feelings, thoughts, and desires all face each other. It is a constant battle to see who is right. My mind is never calm, it is always thinking about something, or trying to figure something out. Every day, I have to have this battle to see if my negative or positive thoughts will win. Not just daily, but in every scenario I have to see who will win.  Today in class we analyzed more poems by Emily Dickerson. What I learned was I need to work on my deeper thinking skills. I have a hard time focusing on what I am reading so I need to learn to get better with that so I can analyze her poems better.

 One life skill that I have learned in high school is how to manage my time wisely. It has helped me a lot in and out of school. Time management is a very useful skill that everyone will need to learn at some point in their life whether it is for school or not. Some skills that I believe will help me be successful after high school are communication, time management, and learning how to balance everything in my life. All of these skills will help me not only in school but also in life.  Today in class we continued to work on Rhetoric skills. I learned about many new types of Rhetorics.
