When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 When I am in a bad mood I like to either do a craft or go and rant and find comfort in my boyfriend. Crafting has always brought me peace. I love doing them and I have so many ideas that I want to do. My boyfriend also helps me a lot. He is really good at comforting me when I am having a bad day or down. He always knows how to make me feel better.
