Write about a time when something in your life changed more quickly than you expected. How does this experience connect to Frost’s idea that “Nothing gold can stay”?

This year during August right when school started, I had gotten some news that had changed my life forever. I was informed that I could no longer go horseback riding like I used to. I never thought that I would have to give up riding during high school against my wishes. I never got any heads up or a warning, just one day I was told that the next day would be my last day riding regularly. My life has never changed that fast before in my life.

Today in class we annotated a poem with the class and one on our own

I learned that it is ok sometimes to take the "different" routes in life.
